AWFUL!!!!!!! It has been installed for 2 weeks and it has already had to have condenser & compressor replaced and the freezer has now stopped working completely. Warranty Service Company has been out 3 times already and we had to call them back again this morning. So disappointed and fed up, wish we had never purchased it.

My old Kenmore refrigerator was acting up, so I shopped for a replacement. The requirements were maximum 68-inches tall due to space limitations and a bottom freezer. This refrigerator is perfect because it is quiet, efficient, and has side shelves. Also, the brushed steel exterior does not show fingerprints requiring continuous cleaning. I never had a refrigerator with French doors, however it seems to allow less cold air escaping when I need an item.My only suggested improvement is eliminating the ice maker for more freezer space (not connected because I don't need it).

We purchased this model because of the bottom freezer. We love the dual doors on the refrigerator. We love it. It's easy to clean and the door compartments are very flexible.

Recently had this Frigidaire installed in our motorhome. We really like the light open spacious interior and the controls are easy to understand. The two freezer draws in addition to the open bin make accessing your frozen items so easy. The ice maker and scoop work great, plenty of ice.

This refrigerator is replacing a 46yr old Gold/yellow one that finally stopped running. While the color is totally different, the freezer on the bottom is nice. no longer hitting heads to look in the refer part. I wish the freezer was a little bigger. The split freezer drawers are nice also. Haven't found any drawbacks. It does take time to get used to the upper split doors, but they hold alot ! Over all a great buy.

We really like our new frig. We have a limited space for it to fit into, but it seems to hold more than our old frig in the same space. With the bins in the door, everything stays organized and visible. We only wish it had one more shelf in the main compartment. The exterior looks so good in our kitchen as well. Our old frigidaire frig lasted 23 years so hope this one does as well. Thanks!

I went from a 2 door fridge and freezer with the freezer on top. I really hated having to bend over to see anything on the top shelf or getting anything out of the fridge. That being said with the fridge on top there is no more bending over for that and the freezer is a pull out that is easy to look in with multiple drawers so stuff doesn™™t get lost at the bottom of the fridge. That being said it is decent quality and functions well, however it is missing several qualities that I™™m going to have to add in on my own: there is little in the form of organization for inside the fridge, just adjustable shelves and the 2 bins/drawers for veggies. Given the price we really like this fridge and would recommend for the price: utility ratio.

After a disastrous experience with another brand my repair person recommended a Frigidaire. This fridge fits perfectly in my moderately sized kitchen. I love how we can see everything easily in it. I have had it a month and extremely pleased with it's performance. I'm looking forward to many years without repair issues.

I have been hoping that someone would ask me to review my new Frigidaire French Door Refrigerator because I am so happy with it. For years, actually decades, I have had refrigerators with poor accessibility to food and complex crevices to clean. The lady that sold this Frigidaire to me by phone told me, "You are in for a treat." I had only seen it on-line and bought it mostly for the narrow size and correct height for my space. But now, every time I open the doors, I love this fridge more and more. It is indeed a treat and a pleasure to see all the stored food, either right at eye level or just above or below. Nothing is hidden, so I am no longer wasting food that had gotten lost on the back of the shelves. In addition, I do not have to bend over and crick my neck to find food. This refrigerator is so wonderful, and the simple design will make it easy to clean. Especially delightful and I think elegant is the gentle way the fridge lights go from dim to bright when I open the doors, as if I were going on stage. Finally, the three freezer drawers are easy to access and have plenty of space as do the door shelves. In fact, everything is spacious and bright including the produce crispers. I am so pleased with this purchase.

For 3 years we have looked for a fridge that would fit the space allotted in our Park Model condo home. This fits perfect and looks great. We love the freezer at the bottom and the 3 drawers for frozen foods. Having the refrigerator area at the top is also what we needed so there would not be constant stooping. There really is so much space on the shelves and premium space in the doors. Our only wish would have been an added meat drawer, otherwise we are completely satisfied.

Really happy with this refrigerator - leaps and bounds above our old one. Although it is not oversized, the space and the layout are great and I can fit more into this refrigerator than my old one, even though the old one was larger.

The seal on the left front of the freezer is not properly seated. This allows cold air to escape and ice forms inside. Several times when yuo open the freezer door it"s stuck due to the ice forming from improper sealing.

This is a well designed fridge which gives many options for how we store our food. I love the three drawer system in the freezer. I helps avoid one large space where things can get buried and forgotten.

lLovely design, overall. Don't know yet about energy efficiency. Like the proportion of freezer space to fridge space. Like the pull out freezer drawer arrangement in three tiers. In main refrigerator area the top two shelves are acrylic and tend to sag ( bend) under weight of items... they are under-built and probably need to be glass. Like the illumination system coming on slowly and building

We are still in the middle of our remodel, and not yet living in the home- so although plugged in, we have not yet connected the water supply and are not actually using this yet. Fits the space perfectly, and looks great in the new kitchen area. I have been startled a few times by how loud a noise it has made, very loud rapid tapping for 10-12 seconds! Sounds like an automatic weapon! I am concerned that if this continues once we are living in the home that it is loud enough to awaken us, and the kitchen is at the opposite end of our small house. Hoping it is a fluke and if so will upgrade my rating as that is the only negative. If it continues, Iwill be calling service as although it is fairly infrequent (although not there all the time to really know) it is really disruptive.

Compact and yet spacious. Going from large top of line Bosch to this one for condo was a little scary but love it! Did find door shelves hard to put in. But secure now for sure. Freezer compartmented I like instead of 2 separate drawers. No searching for smaller items.

We had some space constraints and this counter-depth fridge is perfect. When the doors open, the width is not much more than when closed. Love the ability to adjust shelves to multiple levels. The freezer has 3 different compartments so it holds much more than expected. Thought we wouldn't be able to get this one, but so glad it worked out. Love it!!

Not quiet at all run much of the time. Technician says it™™s normal for new refrigerators. Problems began almost immediately. Rattling/vibrating sound sound began with 5 hours. Technician was able to solve on second visit but then it came back a month later. Frigidaire and Home Depot ended up refunding our money because a technician was not available within a month to repair. Other than noise issues we liked the frigerator. We definitely would not buy it again though. If you live in a small house, apt., or rv don™™t buy this one because even normal running noise will drive you crazy.

I'm still getting used to this refrigerator. It seems like whatever door I open....what I want is on the other side. My old model was just an old cheap small model but when I transferred freezer items from my old freezer to this model I found that they barely fit. There's nothing wrong with this model. It does what it's designed to do and it was a fair price but i probably should have taken more time comparing storage space.
