From new, the unit will not hold a temperature. Set the cooler to 62 degrees and temperature varies from 45 to 69 degrees. Have called Frigidaire and have been frustrated with trying to get a buy back. Very poor service.

Cooler is very good but the shelves do not work for all bottles sizes. Not possible to hold as many bottles as advertised.

The temperature display only indicates setpoint, not temperature inside the unit (at least on this one). There is no way to spot an issue unless you put a high quality thermometer inside. When I placed a laboratory grade thermometer inside, I found the temperature swinging 12 degrees (+7 to - 5 of setpoint).Read the terms for comment submission here. I wonder what other reviews were not posted.

My wife and I purchased this cooler from Lowes on sale for $329. Since we plugged it in it has been great. It looks great and cools nicely. Would definitely recommend purchasing if you are in the market for a wine/beverage fridge.

The wine cooler works well, it stabilized the temperature of 30 bottles of vineyard wines within a day. It looks great in the room, it is convenient and very low noise. Great purchase.

bought this to replace a broken wine cooler. price point is perfect and it works well! makes a bit of a buzzing sound when cooling but relatively quiet and definitely worth the price Have already recommended it to a friend, whose wine cooler, also a Marvel, had broken a few years ago and like mine was still taking up space unplugged. this is the perfect replacement.

I haven't tested it with a thermometer, but it seems to keep temp well. Runs quietly. The racks are a little bit too close together, so some larger bottles scrape against them. The wire racks are also a bit flimsy. Overall, I'm happy with it.

The wine cooler does an excellent job in keeping the precise temperature and displaying the bottles within the fridge. We mix both regular and magnum, bottles in this fridge with no major issue. You ma have to turn the shelf around to allow for the larger bottle size, but they fit fine. A great product.

I recently purchased this wine cooler and I like it very much because it's very quiet, cools real fast, has a internal LED light in it and it looks good too. Frigidaire has a very good reputation in other refrigerator products this one is just make it even better. My decision was made easy on Lowe's promotion, that they hauled away the one I had before with none of the features listed in my first sentence. I recommend it to anyone who can leave with a single temperature settings.

So far so good. Have had this for a couple of weeks. Works well although slightly noisier than my previous fridge. Holds most Bordeaux/Italian wine bottles although some larger sized ones are a snug fit. Will have to wait to see how long the performance lasts.

While this fridge holds a cold temperature, the compressor is loud enough that it interferes with watching TV and makes quiet activity like reading almost impossible. I called customer service and was bounced between a couple of divisions before I was told to return it to the store I bought it from. I've had good experience with other Frigidaire products, but this was not one of them. The unit was substandard and the customer service indifferent.

As others have said bottle sizes will affect the actual number of bottles you™™ll be able to store. The top shelf has the least amount of space on our unit so I™™m unable to store that shelf completely full. The good thing is the open bin at the bottom allows stacking several bottles lying down. I was able to fit 33 bottles total. I™™m not concerned about storing everyday wines as those cost less and get drank more quickly. However for those that can benefit from lying down for 3-5 years this unit fits the bill. I keep the temperature control at 50° but actual wine temps can vary by 5-7° depending on which shelf they™™re on. Again I™™m not too worried about that fluctuation since those temps aren™™t putting my wines in danger. The important thing for me is they™™re safer than sitting on my open wine rack especially during these hot summer months when indoor temps can rise above ideal long term storage temperatures. For those reasons this units function, capacity, and price makes it a good choice.

Digital thermometer reads a bit high for actual inside temperature by about 5 degrees on mine. I own a different brand that is similar, but smaller capacity. The blue display light is a nice effect.Quiet when compressor kicks on. The lock is a nice feature to keep small hands from tinkering with the controls.I bought this one because of the brand name and it's slightly larger size.

We purchased cooler 5 days ago and immediately plugged it in. We have 30 bottles of superb "reds" and want to store them correctly. Problem #1: we discovered there is no way to know the "actual" temp, only the "set" temp. The only way is to put an external gauge in the cooler. BTW, this was verified by the Frigidaire rep. Problem #2: we are constantly "chasing" our preferred 55F temp. When set at 55F, the actual temp varies between 54F and 59F. When it is at 59F, we reduce the "set" temp 2 degrees and little happens. 3 more degrees and it is too cold. Had we known these problems, we probably wouldn't have purchased the machine. Now we are trying to figure out what to do.

We purchased this wine fridge in June of 2022. We just recently started tracking its temperature with two different internal fridge thermometers (with one that also tracks humidity) after noticing that our labels are crinkled. We set this fridge to 55 degrees but it is unable to maintain that temp. We have found the temps to be as high as 61 (with humidity in the 90s!) and as low as 48. When we try to adjust the thermostat down a degree, we have found that the fridge will continue cooling until it reaches the coldest point it can go - with very low humidity. When we try to adjust the thermostat up a degree, we have found it will raise the temperature to as high as it can go - with very high humidity. We have VERY pricey wines in this fridge. Some that we have been aging for more than 10 years. Our previous fridge died after 10 years of service and this one is the only thing we could find in stock at the time that appeared to have decent reviews. We are very concerned about the status of some of our wines and are looking into an immediate replacement as we speak. We are also going to ask for our money back on this fridge as it is still under warranty, and from the reviews, does not appear it can be fixed. BUYER BEWARE!
