Sound quality is the best Ive ever had the options to change the song is perfect. Easy to maneuver through all the programming and options. Ive had this TV for 3 years now for a cheap TV graphics are great once you get them set right. If your tv breaks or anything after you take it out of the box few days or ever longer. They will not replace or refund your money if it not installed by a professional. No brand of TV will give you a refund for these mistakes made by you. Newer TVs are more fragile and easy to break. Just letting everyone know because people act like it the companies fault when the TV stops working or a line goes threw tv screen or the screen cracks. Usually these are mistakes made by people installing it on your wall or taking it out of the box. All tvs are tested before they send them out so they already know that The TVs work properly and theres nothing wrong with the screens.

I havent had the lg long enough to use all the features. I had one thing go wrong and it is a nightmare trying to get it fixed or to have someone get back to me. I bought the buyer protection plan at walmart and am no trying that.

Weve had the LG - 55 inch TV for about a month and find that it has a good picture the audio is OK. Whats wrong with it is the remote Entirely too many buttons The placement of the buttons is not convenient and we often push the wrong ones. When you are looking at the TV wall at a store you dont think about the remote. That will never happen again to me This remote must have been created by a committee rather than a real user.

Rating was a 5 until the audio failed and no hopes of trouble shooting worked. 5 days after setting it up while watching the audio sounded like the speakers were dropped into a large tin can. Loved the set until then. We discussed it a decided to return it. If a component can fail in this short of time we were unable to take the risk.

I bought this a couple weeks ago now and I could not describe how amazing this tv is without talking these comments off. The way the movies and picture on this tv looks is just out of this world honestly. They say you get what you pay for but this tv is not nearly as expensive as it should be then. You have so many settings that are soooooo beneficial and needed but yet arent on many tvs you get. Its so convenient that even the blind could become expert tv wises with this. If I can say anything that will stick BUY THIS TV ITS SOOOOO WORTH IT SO WORTH IT

i bought this a month ago and the quality of the product is good. i wish it had come with the upgraded remote or a lighted remote or one with tactile buttons And it didnt include roku nor was it available in the app store as a download. The stand is not sturdy enough so im buying the upgraded stand along with the upgraded remote. however the picture and sound quality are great.

Had this tv for 1 year and three months and then when turned on it said something about HDMI cable and then turned off. I thought it was direct tv so a technician came out and tested it and said it was the internal part of tv. Called LG customer service and they said warranty o my one year even though box said 2 years. So needless to say no refund or replacement. Watch and make sure of what you get when buying this .

I bought this 3 months ago. I love love picture. Its the remote that gives it a lower grade. The enter button and the directional arrows are located in the lower middle of the remote. I need a light to navigate it. If you hit any of the surrounding buttons I have to start all over.

Purchased a month ago. The instructions were missing unless you consider the on-screen instructions. I have a Roku box attached to HDMI 1. I have the Dish Kangaroo on HDMI 2. Each time I turn on the TV it a crapshoot which buttons I will have to push. I really like a printed manual to follow. Other than that Not bad
