In march of this year we purchased another LG dishwasher after our other LG dishwasher stop working we are really disappointed the new one started acting up havent been able to use the dishwasher for a couple of weeks waiting for the repair company to fix it and hopefully be able to use it for another six months I purchase the extended warranty from home Depot but the LG warranty hasnt expired yet so we had to go through LG to get it fixed?are this dishwashers defective or poorly manufactured

Wow Bought this dishwasher in February. LG shipped THE WRONG dishwasher not the one I ordered. Lower rack was TOO WIDE FOR MY DISHES. I requested a NARROWER lower rack. Lg shipped THE EXACT SAME RACK. Soap dish did not open Water did not drain from dishwasher. Washer stopped in mid-cycle on several occasions. Dishes did not get clean. Delay did not work dishwasher kept shutting off. Dishwasher shut off ON ITS OWN on many occasions. I spent HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS on the phone both with HOME DEPOT and LG. On 5 occasions they PROMISED TO SEND A REPAIR MAN a Repair man??? for a BRAND NEW DISHWASHER? UNACCEPTABLE. Repairman never came. LG never called us back to let us know. FIVE LONG MONTHS OF FALSE PROMISES. I would not give us. I spent a lot of money for this built-in dishwasher only to have LG snug their nose at us. I refused to give up. I FINALLY GOT THEM to refund my money but it was a HASSLE THE ENTIRE TIME I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER LG PRODUCT.

I got this from. LG who had the dishwasher installed for me 2 weeks ago. I have had the machine stop twice with error messages which I dont understand. I think it was b6 about the wrong dishwasher soap I USED THE RECOMMENDED SOAP and something about balance. Out of five times I washed my dishes twice it stopped with these message. I am very unhappy about.my purchase.

Ive only had it installed about 2 weeks but so far I really like it. The stainless steel tub is a nice touch. The controls on the door are really touchy so I have to be careful to open and close in the middle of the door. But the one thing that really impressed me right off the bat was how quite it was compared to my old one. And dishes seem to come out more spotless. Oh and one more feature I like the over night drying feature. It says it runs a fan after the cycle to help remove the steam.

I bought this dishwasher in May 2024 and so far it is working as advertised. I picked this model as it has an automatic shut off in case there is a water leak. Most other dishwashers in this price range do not have this feature. I like how quiet it is when its in washing mode and it does an excellent job cleaning all the dishes.

SO disappointed Lower basket does NOT fit my dishes the middle slot is way too wide. I Called Home Depot they told me to call LG. I learned from Home Depot that LG SENT THE WRONG DISHWASHER The Model I ordered WAS NOT DELIVERED. I did not know that until Home Depot tried to help me with the lower rack. I called LG they send me another rack assuring me that it WAS THE RIGHT RACK. It was NOT. It was THE EXACT SAME RACK I called LG...AGAIN. and asked that they send grids for my rack. They sent me the grids but they were for the ORIGINAL rack not the replacement rack. They do not fit. I am TOTALLLY DISGUSTED WITH LG.

LG sent the wrong dishwasher. My dishes do not fit

I went to the store Choose a dishwasher Paid for it And waited for it to be shipped. It arrived unscathed. Had it installed Only to find out that my dishes Do not fit in this dishwasher. The spacing and is too wide. I called home depot to find out what happened And whether or not I could get a different bottom rack Only to learn that I received a model which I did not order. LG substituted another dishwasher. I have been trying for weeks to get another rack that fits my dishes. I thought LG understood when I talked to them. They sent me another rack Promising that it was the correct rack. It is the exact same rack that was in my dishwasher Imagine my anger and frustration. I called LG again And was told that there is no other rack. So I asked them for spacer to narrow the gap so that my dishes will fit. They are supposed to send it. We shall see. I simply want the dishwasher That I originally picked out... And paid for. Totally disgusted with LG.

Cleans well and good tech support

Within the first few weeks of purchase the dishwasher was stopping before a complete cycle was done and malfunctioning in other ways. After consulting LG service by phone and chat a couple of times which resulted in temporary fixes LG sent a repair tech. He replaced a couple of components and the dishwasher has been working fine since then. It cleans very well and runs quietly. My only disappointment is that the racks are slightly smaller than our old unit and that the tines dont accomodate our dishes very well so we cant get as many dishes in for each load. It does clean very well though.

Dishwasher and LG Disappointing

This dishwasher only works intermittently and turns itself off when turned on. Ive paid my own electrician who has come out 3 times. My breaker box outlets etc are all good. I had the outlet under sink changed anyway and called LG AGAIN to report. LG doesnt want to stand behind the warranty on this dishwasher that started crashing two months after purchased. They told me I may have to pay next time they send an LG Tech out because the Tech said the dishwasher works fine.

Weve had this dishwasher for about a month and a half and are getting used to it. Its fine but not exceptional. First the configuration of the bottom rack makes it difficult to load and not have the dishes and bowls overlap. Im a potter and make my own plates and bowls so they are not all the same shape and size but that being said this was never an issue with my old dishwasher. I am also not satisfied that the tub stays moist after the drying is complete. I do like that the silverware compartments have flap/lids that open and help support the utensils. I also like that it is fairly quiet. It is possible that I have not learned all there is to know about this dishwasher and in time I may come to appreciate the various features more but so far its not all Id hoped it would be.

This dishwasher looks good and gets the job done. It has good loading dimensions washing options AND the price was right. We are still learning to use it so cant rave or not rave. However I dont like that the tub stays damp after drying or that it takes 2-3 hours to complete a load. These may be aspects that can be modified as was the ability to turn off the bells and whistles indicating that the load is finished. I like LG so am giving this dishwasher the benefit of the doubt but sometimes I long for the ease of the older machines.

The machine leaked all over the place doesnt hold water -- retailer Lowes has an absurd 48-hour return policy and LG wont warranty physical damage. Im out of options and will take it to the dump next week. I wasted a month trying to get help with LG customer service. I have recently purchased a few LG appliances but this experience has been so terrible that Im going to avoid them from here out.

So far Im still having problems. Sometimes it shuts down as soon as I turn it on. I have an electrician coming back in January. Your repair person didnt open the dishwasher but said it is my house electrical problem. My Electrician had already been out before the LG repair person came out and verified it was not the house. My next step is to get the outlet changed even though my electrician said it is good. Recently one of the feet inside tray shot out onto the floor.

I am sorry I ever bought this dishwasher. From the installation in the beginning of November nothing but trouble. I have now had 2 LG service calls because of the error message bE. The LG technician asked me if I had put in rinse aid which I had as the manual said to do so before use. The tech then told me if I use pods thats a mistake which the manual did not say.The technician tried to vacuum it out. Next day the error message came on again. Next service call: This time the technician replaced the whole detergent unit and the test run was fine. Last night I ran it full of hope - but the error message came on again stopping the cycle. It has been a nightmare the disappointment just getting the service calls to be approved structuring my day around the calls and then STILL THE PROBLEM CONTINUES I wish I had my old 20-year-old dishwasher back

Beautiful design sleek features but doesnt dry dishes. That is 1/2 of what these things are designed to dodry You need an expensive rinse aid with EACH wash which they dont disclose when you purchase. Very disappointed and customer service was unapologetic and kind of rude and dismissive.

Cycle interrupted by errors and support was aweful

The new dishwasher repeatedly interrupted the entire cycle producing error messages complaining there wasnt sufficient rinsing agent in the dispenser even though the dispenser was full. When I called LG support to ask for help or repair on this issue I was treated terribly by some very unfriendly and disrespectful agents more than one so it wasnt an isolated incident. There seems to be a culture/attitude issue with their support personnel. Because of this I vowed to never buy another LG product again. If I have trouble with a product and require support I expect to be treated respectfully and with true concern for my problem instead of blowing me off with impatience. If you truly value this feedback take heed in what I am reporting and fix your support problems.

Great looking? Yes Great Price? Yes. However I purchased this dishwasher and was never informed I needed to purchase an additional rinse aid FOR THE LIFE OF THE DISHWASHER which ends up being hundreds and hundreds of dollars in extra expense until after I got it installed. If you dont use a rinse aid AND run the hot water in your kitchen sink BEFORE you do a load your dishes wont dry Isnt that crazy?? That should be disclosed at the point of sale. Calling LG customer service is beyond disappointing. They were purposely unhelpful and didnt really stand behind their product.

Ive had this machine for a couple months. In most cycles it drains every couple minutes and refills. In turbo cycle it drains less frequently but still seems to happen more often than necessary. Planning to submit the issue under the manufacturers warranty but have not had the time to deal with it yet .

Only a month old so not used to it yet. Cleans pretty well but had 2 still dirty dishes last use. Maybe they were positioned wrong. Nice and quiet though..i like that. I dont like that when I go to add dishes sometimes I turn it on Handle is a little touchy. Silverware holder takes up a lot of room. Otherwise I am very happy with my purchase.
