Smaller washer than were accustomed to but does an excellent job cleaning clothing. Uses very little water and spins clothes nearly dry. Paired with dryer cute drying time by almost 50. Would highly recommend this for anyone with a smaller family.

Our previous washer was an lg front load it lasted us 13 years. It was time for us to downsize and I chose this smaller washer. First what I love: the lg app It works with Alexa for a small washer it can wash a lot of clothes. I will not try to wash my king size comforters in it though. Maybe a full size. All in all Im very satisfied with this purchase.

We bought this washer last spring. The power and start/pause lights do not turn on. We have had a repairman out and he checked into it and stated he was told they are not suppose to light up. He took off the display board and there are lights behind the buttons. My matching dryer lights work and our last set of stacking LG washer and dryer they both worked.

LG Doesnt Support Stacking this Washer

I purchased this washer and the matching dryer so that I could stack the units. LG doesnt provide a stacking kit for this combination. I have spoken with LG support three times and they kept telling me to talk to a different parts supplier but all of the parts suppliers said that they dont carry the stacking kits. None of the LG stacking kits that are available are the correct size.

I have been using it for about a month now and I love it The app is a really great feature that tells me when the tub needs to be cleaned how much energy its used and allows you to download extra cycles. I have a very tight space what used to be a coat closet and it fit perfectly.

I needed a less than full size w/d and picked LG based on the specs. The machine is feature rich more than necessary for me but so far has been ideal in its location and can clean almost a regular machine full size load though not recommended. It was expensive but I couldnt find a better value for the dollar.

Clothes come out extremely clean with only a tablespoon of detergent. The quick 30 minute wash works majority of time
Just be sure installer gets machine level otherwise noise is horrible. Otherwise very quiet

After just one use the drawer that holds the detergent and softener would not close. I contacted LG and they mailed a new piece. Same issue. Disappointed that something so simple could be missed by quality assurance especially since its such an expensive washer. You dont always get what you pay for

Have used for a month now. Purchased to be able claim part of my entry as a mud room by stacking this powerful duo. This washer gets clothes and cleaning rags cleaner than any of my prior full size washers. The variety of settings is helpful given running smaller load sizes. Its very quiet and there is no vibration upon spin cycle.

I purchased this washer a month ago and have been very happy so far. It is easy to use clothes come out clean and fresh. It is compact and low to the ground. If you were tall you would probably want a pedestal to raise it up. Appears to be very efficient with water and soap consumption.

I am familiar with the excellent quality and longevity of LG washers therefore this brand was my only choice when purchasing a new washing machine. I only use cold water and it quietly completes the cycle with clean results. I especially appreciate its Speed Wash option that only takes 30 minutes The compact size is perfect for an apartment with limited space complemented by stacking it with an LG dryer.

Ive had this washer for more than a month now and like the compact size and quiet operation. However on getting clothes clean Im still undecided if it does a good job. I will be changing my detergent soon to see if there is a change. I am currently using the Costco brand Kirkland Ultra Clean HE detergent. If a different detergent works better I will return to this site and give the machine 5 stars since it is energy efficient and my electric bill proves that.

I now have had the machine for a few weeks now. I love how compact it is and has a great Ive had the machine now for about a month. Love the look and the size. Being compact it does take a while for a cycle. I like the associated app and that it can tell you the diagnostics- that is a great feature. I recommend this washing machine for smaller spaces. I do wish I had been able to get the sale price which occurred just after a week from when I purchased.

This washer paired with the matching dryer is a must have for small spaces. It has several features and settings for various types of washing loads. It is also large enough for a comforter despite is smaller size. The only down side is it is a bit on the pricey end.

Weve had the washer for a little over a month. Itd been doing a great job and we were quite satisfied with its performance. Unfortunately a tear occurred in the rubber gasket for the door and due to the way the water fills it began to leak significantly. We requested a service call. LG and their service partners were on the issue immediately. Communication from both LG and the service person was GREAT Our washer was repaired in quick fashion and is back to running perfectly.

Purchased as part of the pair of compact washer and dryer units this washer seemed to work well. Then after a month or two or three strange things began to occur. Today -- the straw that broke the camels back -- the machine filled its typical tiny water-saving amount then spent nearly 30 minutes draining emptying occasionally spinning draining spinning BUT IMPORTANTLY not washing. No agitating back and forth occurred as in previous uses. The Lame Intelligence LI seemed to try to rinse drain and spin away the detergent sheets that are part of a normal modern washing process. It seems that some serious software/firmware updates are required. I hope buyers dont have to subscribe to updates...

I bought this LG washer/dryer set in January 2022 when my old washing machine broke. These fit perfectly in the utility closet for my washer/dryer and stacked great. Have really enjoyed using them and very happy with them. They are energy efficient and work fantastic. Very nice energy saver rebate was available also.

I ordered this washer online exactly one month ago today. It was delivered and installed about a week later. It fits perfectly in the limited space I have in my garage for both a washer and my LG dryer. All current regular-sized front-loading washers have too much depth to fit there. This washer is very highly rated by Consumer Reports. That along with the fact that Ive been very pleased with my LG dryer and LG dishwasher is why I chose it. It has so many great features and settings including the ability to control it with my cell phone. It is energy efficient and uses much less water compared to my old front-loading washer though its capacity is only .7 cubic feet less. I definitely recommend this washer to anyone in the market for a compact front-loading washer. You wont be disappointed

First the dryer was damaged and need to replace took another month until 1/18/22 when I was ready to use then the washer was leaking during Quick Wash start up report to the service department and waiting for repair request sent up in 3/7 and accepted request for services. bought this machine October 23 2021 and is leaking the rubber piece the goes from the soap dispenser to the tub part has a hole in it and trying to get part to replace it seems imposable. over wise a great machine for the first 67 days I owned it. Now is unusable unless I want water leaking all over the floor.

While I was skeptical of this machine given its smaller capacity compared to my previous washing machines I have been very pleasantly surprised. It does a great job offering many cycles that handle everything from delicate underwear to heavy towels. It even has a special hot cycle for baby wear with its special challenges. We have our machine installed side by side with its sister-dryer instead of as a stack. Its an extremely quiet duo in operation. In recognition of its somewhat but in actuality not greatly smaller size I find that instead of doing a massive amount of laundry on a single day I will spread washing out over several less demanding sessions and this coordinates well with my work from home. Finally I have to observe that in my laundry room the smaller size fits much better visually than my prior larger machine did. Less bulk more style--in keeping with other LG appliances in our household.

Ive been using this compact front load washer for about a month now and am very happy with it. I purchased it because we have a septic system and I wanted a washer that uses a reduced amount of water. This washer uses less than 7 gallons per cycle but still gets my clothes very clean - and it fits into a small space. It also uses a very little amount of washing detergent. Only a tablespoon per load. NICE

I have a top load LG washing machine which I am not able to connect with my cell phone to start the machine when I am not home. I was hesitant to buy this washing machine for a 2nd residence. It is completely different than the top loader which is only 2 years old.
