We purchased in early November. The washing machine did not work. We also purchased an LG OLED 4K TV. The TV also doesnt work. LGs quality control seems to be non existent. EVERY product should be tested before sent to retailers. VERY disappointed in LG.

Very cheaply made washing machine. I barely used it for the past two years because this is my second home and I only come here once a month. In spite of barely using it the machine broke after two years of purchase. Basically it will not even power on. When I complained to LG they will not even cover me for half the price of the service. Nor will they give me a discounted service. I will never recommend LG appliances to any of my friends or relatives and will never buy one myself after this experience.

It makes a ball with a towel sheet or large shirt keeping everything underneath it. The top of this only gets wet when water comes in its never agitated. After I pause and separate the items by hand it then goes off balance and walks across the floor. I cant believe this was actually tested. Additionally if you want the items to actually be washed with water you have to start the washer then pause it wait for it to unlock and then hit the Water Plus buttonand then adds only a small amount. Most of the US has no water shortage so this is ridiculous that we have to be controlled like children. I long for the old washers. I would like LG to contact me about this washer.

Main Control Board went out after 14 months

I bought a brand new LG for a rental in a retirement community the machine was only used 8 months and the main control board went out-2 months outside of the warranty-the price to fix it is more than the machine-I called LG to see if they would supply the part I would pay for the labor they will not-this is the last LG product I will ever buy.

My washer does a fantastic job cleaning my clothes and all my sheets for my massage business my clients love the way my sheets feel What a change from my old washer which wasnt the same brand
