Bought this few months back. Few times we got black grease like stains on our white clothes. LG technician came to look at it but wasnt of much help. I dont think this machine works well in washing. Dryer works fine.

Have had almost a month it has impressed me every time I use it. This happens to be our first LG product and everything seems to be all we were looking for. Very large tub excellent for our needs. The way it washes took some getting used to but it really cleans the clothes. We noticed an improvement immediately. New technology is exhibited in this machine. Makes washing clothes simple and easy. Very quiet and well-balanced spin cycle. Direct Drive makes it seem stouter and smoother operation.

Great washing machine except...

I purchased this machine in 2021 and I couldnt be happier with the way it performs. However recently Ive noticed that sometimes when I press the power button the machine does not power on. I am extremely disappointed since Ive only been using this washer for just under two years and the performance otherwise has been great. For the last few weeks it has been an ongoing issue with the power button and Im never sure if it will power up. Today I cant get it to respond at all.

I have had my washer for a little over a month at first it was different than my old washer I am old school and I did not know if I was going to like this one I saw that it did not take much water I thought how is this going to clean anything but boy did I get fooled I do not think I have ever had my clothes get any cleaner. Love this machine

My husband purchased this for me a few weeks ago. My old washer has been on its last leg for about 9 months and i really didnt want a new one with much electronics. But I love this this one. It is so nice to be able to load and go. Please it plays music when its finished. Much more pleasant than the usual buzzers. I think all appliances should take note and follow this example. I have had the agitator version for about 2 weeks. I am happy with the see through top and I like how it adjusts the water level based on the load and the time of cycle adjusts as well. I have concerns about how clean clothes are getting though. I just put muddy socks in and they still looked dirty - ran again with additional detergent. It is quieter than my old one.

Loud bangs during agitator wash cycle

This is my second washer. First one had a dent on it. Bought an LG bundle from one store for the discount but had to switch stores for just the washer because it was on back order and lost the bundle discount. I have had this just going on 2 weeks. I love the see-through top however I notice it is using a very small amount of water. Im not its enough the cloths dont look to be getting all wet or have room to be swished around by the agitator. I have started to monitor my wash cycles more closely to see if it was just that one load or just how this washer works. I wish there were mor info on the the cycles and the amounts of water each uses in the manual. It is very quiet and the load finished chime is delightful.

Not very happy with it. The electric went out. For some reason the washer went on the fritz. Called for assistance 3 weeks out. Took geek squad insurance they were about 6 weeks. I reset thankfully. I had a problem with my water. When I went to use washer did the same thing as above. Very sensitive worse than a woman at that time of the month.

After months of research regarding the cleaning ability of high efficiency washers we selected the LG WT7155CW. We chose the agitator model because many of my work clothes are heavily soiled. The large capacity is great for large bed linens. Adding extra water is simple compared to other available models. The heavy duty mode is equal to the cleaning effectiveness of the normal mode on the washer we replaced. The high speed spin cycle leaves very little water in the clothes and speeds drying time.

Got this a month ago and I DO OT think it is all it was hyped p to be. The alleged users manual isnt. There are no instructions how to actually run the machine and the online help just doesnt exist. Whats more- some of the clothes never even get touched by water or detergent during the wash cycle. The only way they get wet is...maybe...during the rinse cycle. They need a better users guide

I bought washer on Nov 26 2022 and received it Dec 2 2022. The price was reasonable. I love the washer capacity the options and performance. The only problem I have is that the washer is very deep and high I have to get a stool to stand on to reach down deep enough to empty out the washer. I like all the features but I would prefer to pause by lifting the washer door rather than turning the machine off or on. I understand the child safety feature but not everyone has small children. Other than that I really love the washer.

I am thoroughly unimpressed with this machine. The manual explains nothing and the sales person even less. I called the hot line in what ended up being a futile attempt with only a scripted response on their part for no assistance. The machine does not by my observations get the clothes clean NOR is it intuitive/easy to use. And you cannot find/get any explanation to answer a question.

poor manual

The manual that came in the washer was totally useless so I went online and that one was complete. The other thing that bothers me is that you cannot soak clothes in the washer and your help desk is not helpful. I tried to put water in the washer and allow the clothes to soak in bleach but after a while I came back and the tub was empty. So I called the helpdesk and they told me to try again and allow it to soak for just 20 minutes. I tried and after 5 minutes the washer drained itself. I called the hepdesk and they told me that was the way it was. Now Lowes will not take back the washer because I have had it more than 24 hours while trying to work with you all. am frustrated.

Staining My Clothes

I replaced my LG front loading washing machine with this top loader. After a few uses I noticed that my clothes were getting black stains on them after each use. Their customer service department insists that theres a residue build up in the drum - even though its a couple months old and has been happening since day one - and have had me run the tub clean cycle six times now with no noticeable improvement. I would not recommend this washing machine

Hard to read the control panel if youre a little bit older washer empties if its left alone for too long I guess in its opinion even though Im still pre-treating clothes and I lose the entire drum of water. I bought this washer a couple of weeks ago and have washed several loads so far. Regular laundry and more bulky bedding and it all came out nicely cleaned The control panel is very easy to use. The one feature that I dont like is that the drain hose is not easily disconnected. It looks like you have to remove a small panel to access the clamp.

Lemon or poorly designed.

Bought this washer a few weeks back and have had nothing but problems. Still havent completed a load of laundry without having to babysit it through the cycle. First there was a leak that started after the first run and a technician came out to fix it. Turns out it was a damaged water flow valve. Seemed odd for a brand-new machine. Then the poor performance and LONG cycles started. The cycle times jump up and down randomly and a 24-minute speed wash easily takes over an hour to finish. We had the technician come out again and he tested everything and according to him it was working as designed...really? If the design is to spit water out on the clothes and hope they get wet then error out on the rinse cycle then that is a poor design. He then tried to blame the slow cycles on my water pressure. We have lived here for 10 years and this is our 3rd washing machine. None of them ever had a low-pressure error or issue as this washer does. LG suggested I get a plumber out to determine my water pressure. So let me get this straight this washer needs massive pressure to function properly even though its a low water use machine? So I need to pay a plumber to come out and test my pressure to determine if that is the problem? When I bought the product there were no minimum water pressure criteria asked or recommended. Either this product is a lemon or so poorly designed that everything has to be perfect for it to function. Very unhappy with the product and support from LG.

Purchased this machine on 10/18/2022 with installation on 10/21/2022. Ran the first black color clothing load and discovered trails of lint hair remaining on finished wash. Washed other colors types of clothing seperately as required by the operating instructions with similar results. Completed the LG recommended troubleshooting protocol then ran the tub clean cycle. Subsequently ran another load of similar black clothing using the same Tide HE liquid detergent as suggested and experienced the same residual lint hair remaining result. I recontacted LG Customer Service twice since there no response for a factory representative from the initial contact then received an email on October 26 informing me that my request is valuable to them and will be addressed placed in their queue? This overall performance does not come close to their advertising assertions regarding both machine customer service performance

So I like the machine but I wish I had the ability to set the water level on my own. I have to keep pushing the deep fill button which then automatically goes to deep wash. The machine just doesnt seem to fill with enough water. Still trying to get used to it but I would like to determine my own water level.

LG washing machine this was an easy purchase the salesman at Lowes was very helpful the LG washing machine we bought has been great so far laundry is done quickly clothes come out extremely clean.
